This gives us a clear, accurate picture long before guests ever step onto a plane.
To support our partners — restaurants, caterers, and hotels — we send a detailed summary report in advance so they’re fully prepared to meet every need. Then, on site, Bethany designed custom cards for each guest. These cards, discreetly handed to the chef staff, contain the traveler’s name along with their specific allergies or dietary restrictions. And, they’re in English and Portuguese, just to ensure everyone is in the know!
The cards act as a professional-grade reminder — a tangible tool that ensures no details are overlooked in the bustle of service. It’s the difference between simply “sharing information” and building trust that our guests will be cared for at every step.
